PLURIBUS / SOURCES & CORRECTIONS

Sources & Corrections

Last updated: September 18, 2026

Our goal is understandable civic information that remains traceable to the underlying record.

Official Sources First

Pluribus prioritizes records published by election offices, legislatures, government agencies, clerks, commissions, courts, and other responsible public bodies. Source links and retrieval details are retained so important facts can be checked.

Candidate Information

Candidate positions are shown only when supported by campaign statements, official records, interviews, questionnaires, voting history, or other identified evidence. Pluribus does not infer a position from party affiliation or from missing information.

AI-Assisted Summaries

Artificial intelligence may help summarize or translate civic records. Summaries are convenience text, can contain errors, and do not replace the linked source. Sensitive candidate claims require retained evidence and review before publication.

Freshness and Coverage

Sources update on different schedules and local coverage is expanding municipality by municipality. Pluribus identifies unavailable coverage rather than inventing a result. Election dates, polling details, agendas, and deadlines should always be confirmed with the responsible official source.

Request a Correction

Email pluribuscivicengagement@gmail.com with the affected screen or URL, the fact you believe is wrong, and the best available official source. We prioritize time-sensitive election and public-safety corrections and preserve provenance when a record changes.
